Second Debut Icon Pack missing for EA play Pro

Hello 

It seems almost everyone got 2x Unrtradeable Debut Icon (Pre-Order ) while i got 1x only ,

Can we have some clarifications on who is exactly entitled for 2x not 1x ?

My EA Play pro is running from Sep 29th 2024 and it will Auto renew the coming 29th Sep 2025 , 

Was there something i miss to be entitled for the 2x like everyone else ?
