Shocking Gameplay - unbelievable

It's admirable that you are trying to do something about the lack of quality in this game, but you could have saved you the trouble. EA does not care and will not do anything about it. The only department that is operating on the level of what you would expect from a company with this revenue, is their marketing department. As soon as they cashed your money, you are not interesting anymore.

The only thing you can do is to buy your son something else next year. Ubisoft has some pretty cool games and they can use the money

after lurking the forum now & again, i can't say i expected anybody from EA to respond.
Apparently the gameplay has been totally unplayable for the last 2/3 weeks. He now plays Fortnite with his friends, every single one of them have abandoned EAFC.  

Don't waste your time on this company.

They will never reply when it comes to cheating and unplayability.

Your son is right to play a game which works.
