Spend 40K FC points and best I got is Neto

Funny not funny. Many times the packs' rate are not displayed. They said "come back later to see the rates" but it is just not there all the time, on webapp, and in game.

Was mainly buying the 87 3pick 1 and 88 2 pick 1 packs

No wonder people are buying coins, if you play dirty on pack rates then expect the backfire from us.
