Subject: Unable to Connect to Ultimate Team on Main Account

Hello EA Support,

I’m having an issue with EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on my PS5.

My main account  cannot enter Ultimate Team and always shows this message:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”

This problem has been happening for over 14 hours.

I tested another account on the same PS5 and Ultimate Team works normally, so the issue is not my console or internet.

It seems the problem is only with my main account (possibly server-side or a connection block).

Please check my account and help restore access to Ultimate Team.
