Suggestions Career x Seasons

Would like a youth academy career mode adjacent to the regular manager career mode with the ability to have 11 vs 11 sides of youth players to integrate into the squad. On the flip side I'd like to have the ability to play 4 v 4 game modes in UT and Seasons.
