Support Process Question: EA Help vs EA Forums

Remember when players that really understand the mechanics could go unbeaten in WL with full bronze teams?  Is it possible they still can but have been told not to post these kind of videos anymore?  It doesn't really follow the business strategy of making people think cards matter...hmmmm.

It baffles me that upon release KDB could not make a first time pass because he didn't have a certain playstyle...really?
