i really tried several times over the last 4 years to tell what the problems are in that game, but either i got ignored or told things that are no help in any way.
The only things i got told here by the support team is either putting the blame on me or my connection, despite no other game has problems at that directions, and i also got told that only customers help here and not their team.
what i am asking myself now, why do they have a forums-team here? only to ban ppl that talk the truth about their broken promises and game?
i mean what exactly do you think @ea employees will happened when you put out a product that costs a fortune at start but breaks every promise and is a beta version at best, and also gets worse with every patch?
Claus just copies and pastes replies. Your feedback is never forwarded to the developers. If they were the sheer amount of complaints would force results or at least the acknowledgement of issues. As stated in your reading 100 complaints to no praise. No company that cared about sales would allow that much bad PR. The only things they address are filtered and censored words that we all know are and I just got a 24 hr ban for saying. It's pretty pathetic. The only chance we have is for customers to like and reply in the complaints tallying up the number of people supporting each complaint. But it needs to be in the millions or atleast hundreds of thousands for it to pass the moderators and reach the developers out of fear of future earnings.
