Forum Discussion
Your wasting your time talking to the staff. You just got to get the customers to upvote you don't worry about the moderators pretending to be able to talk to the developers. They're lying. They have no line of communication to the Dev Team. They are completely unrelated departments. You need public power not private.
Hi Sincerelyl43
I hope you are well,
Thank you for sharing your perspective — I appreciate both your knowledge and the professional way you’ve presented it. And I definitely agree with your point.
Over the past 5 days, I have been actively reporting the issues and the unplayable gameplay I am experiencing. I have contacted EA Help daily, and unfortunately, each interaction has not moved the situation forward. Instead, it feels like the process keeps restarting without any real progress.
That said, I want to remain fair — I am not upset or emotional about it. I understand there is a process. My case is still open, and I do believe it is being looked at. Occasionally, the gameplay feels normal, but that is only around 20% of the time. However, the level of inconsistency is too high to accept. There are too many irregularities affecting core gameplay to consider this a stable or reliable experience.
For context, I have been playing Squad Battles for over 10 years, consistently on Legendary difficulty and regularly finishing Elite 1. This is the first time I have chosen not to complete it — not due to difficulty, but because the game is not allowing me to perform even basic actions consistently, let alone enjoy the experience.
I won’t repeat everything again, as I have already provided detailed evidence both to EA Help and here on the forum. It clearly shows that these issues are not isolated to me. Many members of this community are reporting the same problems. Thank you all for participating, thank you for your time and feedback, this is very much appreciated.
After reviewing numerous posts, it’s evident that the lack of communication — and more importantly, lack of solutions — is starting to impact the community’s trust.
I’m not here to complain for the sake of it. I simply expect that core gameplay mechanics function reliably, especially in a product that has been purchased.
At the moment, that consistency is not there.

Just look at a recent challenge
Assist with a back heel with a Brazilian player in 5 different games
A simple challenge you would think, there is just a few minor, minor, minor problems
1 At NO point in the game does the game explain to you how to do a back heel. Literally, there is ZERO indication how to do it IN GAME, even in training. There is ZERO explanation. So you have a move where the GAME ITSELF does not explain how to do in a challenge
2 Even if you do stumble on how to do it, there are multiple different animations which completely resemble a back heel, which any normal person blessed with the power of sight will say is a back heel but unfortunately the game itself does not consider to be it. So you have a move that you do not know how to do and now a move you can do but do not know if the game classes it as despite all the logic in the world telling you it is or it isn't
3 Now when you are playing the game, you somehow perform the exact movements to do a back heel and score. Great, but the game never tells you if it agreed it was a back heel (until you complete the challenge, so you'd only be told if you somehow got to 4 out 5). When do you find out about it? AFTER the game has ended, meaning you find yourself doing this unusual move over and over and over and over again to try and make sure you haven't wasted the last 10 minutes of your life.
When confronted with this spread over multiple threads and even onto Twitter and Facebook, how did EA respond?
Complete and total silence.
They just ignored it until the challenge had passed and the problem went away.
And this, my friend, is why nobody here takes these people seriously, because they don't take us seriously as well. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the "community managers" like RecursiveFlux or whatnot are just bots who are programmed to make an automated response every 100 days to prove they are alive. - vldsdfz1551 month agoSeasoned Vanguard
Take a look at their financial report. Even after all the bad reviews and comments for both FC and BF, they are still making profit.
No one is listening. No one will come to out aid
