Terrible gameplay

The game is just unplayable for me. In online matches, I'm facing insane input delays, even though my ping is just fine (around 10ms). The only game mode I was able to have a decent gameplay was the Rush for Clubs (by any random reason).

Also, when trying to play offline game modes, every aspect of the pc seems to be working just fine (GPU around 70%, CPU 60%, 60º (Celcius), with around 60 FPS, LAT 7). However, the match seems to be in slow-motion, like 0.25x speed.

I've already tried:

- editing all in-game options (graphics runnign on LOW, v-sync, borderless frame, no limit FPS, everything.

- a bunch of different configurations in NVIDIA Control Panel, but none of those seems to work.

- uninstalling and re-installing the Anti Cheat

- uninstalling and re-installing the game itself

Can someone help me on this?
