Thanks EA! FC 26 1.5.0 gameplay is the most realistic FIFA experience ever

If football in real life played like it does on this game, nobody would watch it (just like nobody watches their incel pros unless they are bribed to) because it is NOT authentic in any way

I'm not a paid shill lol. Plenty of others agree that patch 1.5.0 made the gameplay solid, especially the defender thing. It's very noticeable and a nice improvement

So you are the only one which gameplay imporved… mine is much worse where obvious things are just ignored. Oponents scoring from impossible angles and goalkeepers somehow try to avoid catching ball as much as possible. Defenders going absoultely different ways then they should, forgetting how to tackle, miraculously slowering down with 90+ speed against bronze attackers with 50 speed and i can continue for hours to say all what is wrong with this game

1. I’m not the only one who noticed the improved gameplay; my friends and people on Reddit agree with me as well.
2. I’m playing on World Class with Authentic sliders in Career Mode, maybe your settings are different.

Forgot to mention, I am also playing with Player Based Difficulty ON

One more tip to make the gameplay much better: set your FPS limit to Unlimited. It makes dribbling and beating AI defenders much easier compared to 144 FPS or 120 FPS. The movement feels a lot more responsive.

It is anything but realistic. The Authentic Gameplay is nothing but glorified, false marketing nonsense.

The core mechanics of the gameplay is laughable. FIFA 17 was more realistic than all the iterations since.

The turns defy biomechanics, the passes are still ping pong at times, the first touch sticks to the feet of even centre backs, ball constantly goes through body parts, especially the feet when turning or going on to the running motion when ball is received, further adding to the awful game mechanics and realism.

It's 2026 and whilst most top titles strive for close to realism as possible, FC/FIFA is still the same ping pong, biomechanics defying, glitched and bugged game it was 10 years ago.

I genuinely believe they have incompetent developers with no understanding of the game.

You play competitive online. This OP was clearly not for you. 

OP, you must have spent some serious money on packs for your gameplay to be good lol.

Hey kid, don't listen to all of this haters 😆, just enjoy your childhood. When you grow up "maybe" you will try legendary and "maybe " you will try online modes. 

So the online players are mostly "casuals" because they are not able to play career mode on world class. And they don't understand the game mechanics like you do. 

One example: Anders Vejrgang is a Pro player because he plays career mode on Professional difficulty 😆

Until than enjoy your game and don't listen to all the haters. EA FC26 is the definition of greatness and perfection!
