The game is unplayable on PC

Ea fc 25 was working really good for me on pc and every other fifa (from fifa 20 onward) was working great, but Ea fc 26 on the other hand is unplayable. My controller randomly stop working in game for 2 - 3 seconds (it works 100% of the time on every other game), the input delay is insane,  it takes 0.5 - 1 seconds to perform a short pass and half the time the inputs don't even work,  I send my winger on a run, want to lob through ball with my Bonmati and she takes 3 seconds to execute the pass, meanwhile my winger is already 50m offside. The game also feels like it's running on 30 fps, when I have it set to 120 on low settings. I tried every possible fix on the internet, tried several things on my own but still the game remains like that.  It's december already and they still haven't done anything about it. Waste of 80 Eur. Shameless money grabbing company.
