This game is corrupt and ea don't care

This game is massively corrupted, I tried asking for help, they don't respond, I asked reasonable questions, they don't respond, I have used all social media platforms, they don't respond, ea help? No help, ea direct? No help,  this is where the facts lie, ea ruined this game, they put more effort into making store packs, and left the game to ruin, it's completely Ai controlled, it's not a fun game anymore, hypersweats running around in midfield letting 4 Ai defenders do the work, matchmaking is a joke, in the live events, I've never played anyone below div 1, is that because it's designed to not let ppl win? In previous years, you matched your level, in or around, I have bought the game every single year since it's conception, I still have all the games, this is the final year, because you stopped putting effort into making it a real game, you're more concerned in selling packs, the cheating that happens is never dealt with, community managers joining streams of those advertising the selling of coins, which according to ea, is a violation of the terms, but hey, they spend thousands on fifa points, so they get a free pass right? 

I am going to take it up with trading standards, because something is seriously wrong, and there is no way to resolve it with ea, every Ave is a dead end, fully blocked with zero communication, 

The feedback section, is just so ppl can vent, it isn't taken seriously by ea, they just want to appear as though they listen.
