Transfer Market Ban Appeal

Hello EA Team,

My account was recently banned from the Transfer Market in FC 26 due to coin distribution. I know this is against EA’s rules, and I fully take responsibility for what happened. It was a huge mistake, and I genuinely regret it and will never do it again on any of your games.

I’ve been a loyal player for a long time and have spent thousands of AUD on FC Points across FC 25 and FC 26 (Please Check).

I’ve always played fairly and have never used cheats, hacks, or exploits. I'm respectful to other players whilst in game I don't spam celebrations and make people watch a full replay to make my opponent feel bad because I scored a goal.

I agree in the terms that you took the appropriate action. I'm appealing to the heart of another person, I understand I have done the wrong thing and will never participate in anything like that again. I intend to play this game all the way through to fc27 and pre-order that like I did this game, this ban has been an absolute shock to my system so I will definitely never be putting myself in this situation again.

My Case #242496805 could I please have a real person listen to my plea and not just give me an automated response.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans at all here on the forums. If you've already raised a dispute with our terms of service team, I can only recommend that you're patient until you hear back from them. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long.

I do appreciate that you can’t do anything here, but all I’m asking is for a real person to review my case, hear my plea and consider it. Trust me I have learnt my lesson.
I’m appealing here also because since this has happened to me I have scoured the net to see if someone has had their ban overturned if they’ve actually done the wrong thing and I am yet to see it. Hence why I’m pleading for some human consideration. This is quite a harsh penalty for someone who:
Dedicated hundreds of hours on your game
Spent over a thousand dollars of their money on your legal in game currency
and is a respectful part of their community, I don’t spam emotes when I score a goal and make my opponent watch the entire replay just to make them feel bad or message them after the game just to let them know they should quit playing or that was EZ.
Can some sense be seen here, there are much worse things happening in your game than some coin purchasing. But I’d like to reiterate I have learnt my lesson and will not participate in it again on this game or any future FC’s.

This is exactly what I mean. No actual consideration for someone plea. I don’t know why this is even an option.
