Transfer market ban

Hello, the PlayStation EA26 transfer market was closed 2 days ago. I received an email. I filed a complaint via email, but I received no response. Has this happened to you before? I have opened a package for the game since I bought it, which is around 30,000-40,000 TL. Please help.
