Unable to play game in PC but no refund
Extremely disappointed with EA as I have a top end PC with the latest specifications but FC 26 was crashing all the time.
I did the repair stuff, uninstall and reinstall but nothing works. At some point I just wanted my money back as it was less than 14 days when I bought and in the UK you are entitled by law to get a refund.
The support guys (or actually the AI bot) told me that I could not get my money back and there was nothing they could do for me.
If you are in a PC avoid FC26! and avoid EA all together. Very bad faith from their side. I don't understand why I have to pay for a game that I can't play in my pc.
