My friend is new to the game and doesn't know how to pass the ball, yet he got a better team than mine, and he doesn't even spend any money on the game. You seem to favor newcomers and boost their luck, while my account has been around since 2018 and I've never once gotten the Brazilian Ronaldo in my life! I can swear to you that I've opened over 500,000 packs and haven't gotten Mbappé. This is completely illogical and makes no sense. Please look into my account's luck and improve it because I'm a long-time player and I deserve fairness.
