Unlink my account

Hi all. For god knows how long I’ve been trying to set up my child’s account on his new Switch 2 FC26 but it won’t link. Now I’ve managed to link my account, which I didn’t want to do, but it suggested I use my email address, as the parent, so now it’s linked until June. Lovely. How can I get this fixed? Anyone had the same issue? Thanks!

    Hi there. Try opening a case with an advisor to see if there's anything they can do to help. You can use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!

    Hello. Please follow these instructions:

    1. Go to help.ea.com
    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat
