Urgent Complaint: Brazilian Servers Needed for Pro Clubs

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the current state of online play for FIFA Pro Clubs on PC, specifically within the Brazilian territory. The situation is not just bad; it is absolutely abysmal and unplayable, particularly for the most engaging format: 11v11 Friendly Matches.
There is a glaring and unacceptable lack of dedicated servers in Brazil for this mode. Every single match played is done with a minimum ping exceeding 70ms, often fluctuating to much higher values. This level of latency makes competitive and even casual play impractical, frustrating, and fundamentally broken. The game is characterized by constant delays, missed tackles, and goals conceded due to server-side lag, robbing the experience of any skill or enjoyment.
Furthermore, the general PC experience is deteriorating rapidly. The notorious input lag issue, which has plagued PC players for years, is not only still present but is occurring with increased frequency. This combination of high latency and compounding input delay creates a sluggish, unresponsive, and thoroughly miserable gaming session.
Let me be emphatic: FIFA is the flagship product and the cash cow of the EA Sports brand. Millions of passionate Brazilian players purchase this game every single year, contributing a massive and predictable stream of revenue to your company. Despite this consistent financial investment, the Brazilian community is not being reciprocated with a basic, necessary infrastructure: a decent, dedicated Brazilian server for Pro Clubs.
We are paying customers who deserve a functional product. It is an insult to the loyalty of the Brazilian player base to be forced to play with such crippling latency.
We demand immediate action. The Brazilian community requires a server that provides a practical and competitive online environment for FIFA Pro Clubs, allowing us to play 11v11 friendlies and other modes with an acceptable latency (ideally below 30ms).
Until this critical issue is resolved, the game remains unfit for purpose for dedicated Pro Clubs players in Brazil.
