They don't use servers for Pro Clubs.  EAFC26 uses P2P connections.  It chooses the captain and you all connect to each other.  Why do you guys not know this after over ten years.  There are no EA servers for anything other than game data.  Your connections are bad.  Don't play with foreign players.  Play with people in your region.  That's it.  Play with people who have good connection.
