DEEBSTARK Only the Terms of Services team handles bans. If they have already denied your appeal then there is nothing else that can be done on EA forums regarding it.
Thank you for the clarification. To be clear, my appeal has NOT been denied; it has been UNANSWERED for 60 days. That is the core issue being escalated.
DEEBSTARK Have you tried creating a new case to inquire the status of the ongoing appeal?
Thank you for the suggestion. I did attempt this exact workaround on October 19th by creating Case #225998289 to inquire about the status of my original appeal (#224479940). Unfortunately, that case also went unanswered. This is why I have had to escalate the issue publicly and privately today.
Be honest, you mean nobody here can do anything because this is the most useless forum om the entire planet and only exists so EA can not have to deal with people.
