Why ban my account with no cheating

And these attachments are the record why EA block my account?

And now I can not supply the appeal ,and I don’t know why.

HelloEA_mplsnow​ I have already try to do as the step that your mentioned, but it also did not work for supplying a appeal or reply the history page.

Could you please contact me by email? Or please say mush more details what I can do for unlocking my account?

Again I didn’t cheat for each game why the AI ban my account suddenly with no details mentioned what I did.
