Your account has been permanently closed WTF!

Firstly they banned my market for coins trading which is false but I havent got any proofs like YouTube videso.. So im cooked. Just trading on market like usually user...

but i created another account on my PS5, diffrent EA, diffrent PSN and after 2 days account has been blocked. No info, nothing. Disgusting       "We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our User Agreement or our Terms of Sale, and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect."

Another staff to add is that i especcialy bought PS5 coz on PC i was unabled to play, and now i cant play on PC and PS5.

So now my 12 month psn plus is wortless ? Should I buy another fc26 ? They will close another account ? 

WTF is wrong with this company srsly ?? WTF

Is there any person who can help me deal with scammers form Canada ?
