same issue on ps5, cant even play and its been 2 days now, lost out on rewards etc due to this and game d/cin me in final moments of matches in gauntlet. replyin here so can see if ea say anythin, but i doubt they will care

I think they don’t care, they keep saying to me that the team is working on that, and also yesterday one worker said to me that they don’t have set a deadline to solve it and they will do it when the team wants, a very hopeful response

In the EA Help web you have an option to chat with an advieser of EA, I used the last 3 days, they tried to help me with some solutions, like rebuild de database or eliminate some caché, but didn’t helpes me
