“EA FC 26 – Game Fails to Launch (‘Error on Your End’)
Hello,
I am unable to launch EA FC 26 due to the following error:
“An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.” (Screenshot attached.)
My system specifications:
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti
OS: Windows 11 (fully updated)
Drivers: All up to date
The game worked previously on Windows 10, but since switching to Windows 11, it fails to launch.
I have already:
Verified the game files,
Reinstalled the EA App,
Cleared the EA App cache/memory,
Tried both online and offline modes,
Repaired the game,
Removed, reinstalled, and updated the EA AntiCheat multiple times,
Disabled NVIDIA Smooth Motion,
Ensured no third-party software interference.
Additionally, the same game works perfectly on another PC in my household running Windows 10 — my brother can log in and play without any issues using the same account and network. This confirms that the problem is not related to hardware, account, or connection, but rather to EA App or Windows 11 compatibility.
I kindly request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
