⚠️ My Xbox Series X keeps shutting down only when playing EA Sports FC 26

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing an issue on my Xbox Series X where the console shuts down only while playing FC26. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including:

• Lowering the resolution
• Performing a full console reset
• Testing other games (which work fine)
• Clearing caches
• Reinstalling the game
• Updating the console offline

Despite all these steps, the problem persists. I have also been advised to delete the reserved space, but I cannot find that option on my console.
