Account lost

Hi,

My son's game has been lost without changing the cellphone or unstalling the game. I just opened it today and all progress was lost. Before being able to even access the settings, the app created a new account, I even gave it a name and all. The I tried the app help, but it doesn't help at all. It says not to uninstall in case it was not linked (I think it was not), but the option to recover a guest account simply doesn't exist in my phone.

I also sent an email, but I'm not even sure it reached its destination: no confirmation email, nothing.

Has this happened to any of your before?

    Thanks for taking the time to let us know what happened.

    If you or your son has the account's User ID on file, please contact live support and an advisor can work with you to help restore that account and its progress. Unfortunately, live support will need the User ID to locate the account. 

    Otherwise, please check the app for any updates and try restarting the device to see if you can get back into the game that way.
