After Update Lag

Game is completely unplayable since the new update, players take 3 seconds top respond after pressing buttons the game isn't smooth, lagging constantly and feels like playing on 30fps.
I have 180fps and it doesn't work: borderless,windowed or fullscreen, v-sync on or off doesn't matter.
This is probably the only company to bring in morer bugs and glitches in every update rather than fixing their game.
thank god atleast I can color the eyebrow of my 414th reserve goolkeeper tho.
