bid/buy limit reached after unlocking transfer market

i just got the game and started playing UT. Today i finished the venturing out objective and right after that i wanted to start the market mastery objective but the transfer market is blocked for 48 hours because i have reached my limit on bid/buy actions, even tough i didn t buy/sell anything.

please help
