Black screen problem
Subject: Game-breaking bug: Black screen during match and loss of Division Rivals progress
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a recurring and severe issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 that is negatively impacting my gameplay experience and progress.
During my last match, which took place today at approximately 4:10 AM, as soon as the game started, the screen went completely black. I couldn't see anything on the screen at all, making it impossible to play. This is not the first time this has happened; it is a recurring bug that occurs every once in a while over long periods of time.
Because of this bug, I am unfairly getting disconnected or losing the match. This specific issue is ruining my experience as it reduces my progress and ranking in Division Rivals.
Therefore, I am requesting a fair compensation for the matches and the progress I have lost due to this technical error, which is entirely out of my control.
I have taken a picture of the black screen when the issue occurred, and I would be happy to provide it to you if you need to see it for verification.
I look forward to your support in fixing this bug and resolving my compensation request.
