Black screen

Dear Electronic Arts,

Today i was met with an issue. When i opened the match the screen was black. I couldnt see my players nor my opponents. This issue resulted in me losing a game in my final of my draft. I expect some sort of compensation for this issue and i hope you solve it quickly. I count on you EA!
