Bug issues

I spent 60 draft tokens in the FC Mobile game for the TOTY Draft. According to that, I should need to spend 40 more draft tokens to get the Pool A guaranteed player. But to get the guaranteed pool A player, it is asking me to spend 67 more draft tokens. Why?
