I have i5 11400, RTX 3050 6Gb, 32 GB of Ram, the game in Ultra, high, medium is stable 60 fps, it is the limit of my screen, but I repeat at the end of the first half, graphics 99%, fps 3, Temperature 50 degrees, so it is an Optimization problem to correct this great annoying problem
