Can’t get intro ultimate team

So not only was the game completely unplayable for almost a week now I can’t even get into ultimate team. So I won’t get my rewards tommorow. Never played a worse game than fc on pc. It’s unplayable can’t even get into ultimate team. £100 for this game is the biggest scam
