Cannot connect to ea server at night

Same thing happening to me as well, very annoying especially when events are ending, maybe a Hong Kong issue :(

No one from EA is helping on this. Still cannot connect these two nights. Can I have my money back?

Use Cmhk Hotspot works. 

However, I don't know how to ask ISP alone to fix it. 

No hopes. We brought the game to playing with this server issues. We need a refund.
