Cannot download FC26 with my PC gamepass

Hello, im having the exact same issue and have contacted support numerous times, ive went through all the steps of making sure i have ultimate game pass, and clearing cache, stopping programmes etc. none of it works, i was told to contact xbox support where they told me its an fc26 problem, not with game pass, this is true because other game pass games such as it takes two and a way out can be downloaded without any issue. i am unable to link images in this chat but when you attempt to add fc26 to your library, it says "You don't have access. We've canceled the download because you dont own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game." when you attempt to download the game, it says "this game is unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game." Can you please try to fix this issue, its been a problem for a month now and i have spent endless ammounts of time on support teams. this is not an xbox issue, this is not an ea app issue, its not a login issue, its not a microsoft store issue, its an issue with fc26 and the link with game pass ultimate and ea play  with ONLY fc26. Thank you

Hello, if you thoroughly read that message i sent i did include that i am unable to link screenshots, it tells me i don't have any permission to add images to posts. Also, i am not trying to launch the game, im trying to get the game from the store which should be no bother since its on game pass. Despite not being able to link screenshots of the error message when i try to download the game or add to library, i did write out the whole thing in quotation marks in my previous message. There is a lot of important information in there so if you could read my old message again and communicate with the rest of EA to fix the game pass entitlement with FC26, its been a month. Thanks

I understand that other Game Pass titles are working, but that does not necessarily mean FC 26 itself is broken. These messages typically indicate that the EA app is not detecting the required game entitlement associated with the linked Xbox subscription.

Unfortunately, we cannot access your account, verify subscription entitlements, or manually add the game through the forums. This would need to be investigated by EA Help, who can check the Xbox account linked to your EA Account and whether the entitlement is being recognized correctly.

When contacting them, please provide the exact error messages, confirmation that your Game Pass subscription is active, and any case numbers from your previous contacts. I understand that you have already spent considerable time on this, but this is not something that we can resolve directly from a forum report.

I have exactly the same issue as the other user to the tee, I have been unable to download for a month and I have experienced exactly the same errors and error screens as well as speaking to countless help staff over a number of days. All my account credentials were checked and I confirmed that I have the right version of xbox gamepass, I've also tried all fixes such as clearing cache, linking/ unlinking accounts, etc. None of it worked and I was told to come here to flag the issue, as well as my help member flagging the issue from their side. I will try to see if I can attach any screenshots to help you guys further, although I'm not sure I am able to attach any.

I am unable to attach any screenshots or links but the other user explained it very well and it should help you.

This is the first error message you get when you originally click to download fc26

This is the second error message that occurs if you actually begin to download the game, after a few minutes of attempting to download the game this message will pop up and cancel your download

Please let me know if these worked when copied and pasted into a broswer.

As mentioned your ea support team constantly fails to fix the issue, they either told me to go to xbox support cause it "isnt EA's problem" even though i go to Xbox and they fix everything on their side, this is an issue affecting alot if not all ultimate game pass subscribers, and linked to the entitlement of EAFC26, my most recent attempt of going to ea support ended with someone telling me it would be fixed in a few hours? like seriously what. its been days since then. Please understand that this is an ea problem that needs to be addressed to the public. 

Could you please respond and continue to help us because I am still unable to play the game and it seems like nothing is being done to help us.
