I am trying to play EA SPORTS FC™ 26 on my PlayStation 5 but it’s not working at all. I tried everything, reinstalling the game, restore license, restarting my router , but nothing helped me . Please am playing since 2015 and I didn’t face any issue please I need some help

Could you try going into the web/companion app and deleting then remaking your squad? (Don't discard/delete the players themselves! Just the squad.) That's solved issues like this for other players before.
I can’t actually do anything even in web/companion I can’t do anything. This problem since yesterday. I formate my ps5 and didn’t solve the issue so can you do anything from your side guys am actually didn’t finish my rival matches , gauntlet please guys this is first time happening with me this issue
