cant connect to my ultimate team

Hello,I’m having an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 — I can’t access Ultimate Team on one of my EA accounts. When I try to enter Ultimate Team, it doesn’t load or sends me back to the main menu.I tried logging in with another account, and Ultimate Team works fine there, so the problem seems to be specific to this account. I’ve already restarted the game, checked my internet connection, and logged out and back in, but it didn’t help.Could you please help me fix this issue?&nbsp;

It's happened to me as well the EA support are so unhelpful we just have to wait until they feel like fixing it

Have the exact same problem. I have reinstall the game but no works. I don't know what to do anymore. HEEEELP!!!!
