Hey there. Please make sure the game and the EA app are added as exceptions in your firewall and antivirus, and that they aren’t being blocked. Also, check that your PC’s region, date, and time are set correctly — you can enable “Set time automatically” in your system settings/control panel. Alternatively, create a new Windows admin account and install the game on that profile to test it.

Hello SabanRecing, that looks like an Account Linking issue.
Where are you launching the game from? Is it Steam? Epic Games or EA app?
We need more information about this to help you better.
In the meantime, you can try these steps:
- Uninstall and Reinstall the EA app. Then open the app as an Admin. When prompted, log back in with your account.
- Download, from the launcher you are using, a Free to Play game (Apex Legends, Battlefield RedSec, The Sims 4) and try logging in with your EA Account once you open the game.Let us know if any of these steps did it for you!
