Choppy Gameplay on Pc

Everytime i load into the store or a game in ultimate team (any mode ) my game goes very choppy and laggy, Its not internet related as my ping is very good, happens every game. Normal kick off is fine, i dont understand this issue at all. The game is unplayable. Anyone had this issue or a fix?
