Companion App doesn’t load

My companion app, the last couple of days, ‘Login’ button goes dark when I press it and then goes back to its original blue resulting in not logging in, the only way I have been able to log in is by deleting and reinstalling the app which works approximately 2-3 times before I go back to the problem, does anyone know how to fix this?
