Companion/Web app not working. Objectives and SBCs expiring soon

Been having the same problem for the past 24 hours as well. Can’t even login on my console because I’m getting the same error. No solutions as yet.

I can’t get on Web or app and it’s driving me absolutely crazy. 

I didn't complete this SBC, but I completely agree with the OP. As someone with over a decade of software engineering experience, I find it laughable that this downtime has persisted for multiple days. EA creates SBCs with absurdly tight 24-hour windows to complete a fraction of the challenge, yet their own infrastructure fails for days on end. This is absolutely unacceptable.

In virtually any other industry, this level of dysfunction would cost you a significant portion of your customer base. I already took several years off from this game and will gladly do so again if this continues. EA, stop mistreating your customers.

I noticed it happens only on xbox accounts, once I switched from my PC account to xbox I couldn't login anymore, EA, the web app is down for xbox in a specific region probably, please look at it.. this issue is happening for a few days already and you didn't even notice...

i still cannot access web app, this is ridiculous and very frustrating, this issue should be solved in mere hours but its getting more and more atrocious

I feel like it’s been a week for me. Can’t log into companion app. Server error. I don’t own the game, I only played 9 hours of EA Play. 

Ja też nie mogę się zalogować na Companion oraz webapp. Nie mam gry, wiec nie wiem czy udałoby sie zalogować na konsoli.

I'm on PS5, this isn't a Xbox specific issue
