Connecting to ultimate team is not possible

My account has been locked out of Ultimate Team for 5 days.

It says I am connected on another device on both console and Companion app.

I already tried restarting, logging out, relinking, and changing password.

Other accounts work on the same console.

Please manually reset my sessions or check if my account has a restriction.
