Yes. Please try that. Do not delete your players, just delete the squads. If that doesn't work, also create an empty squad and try again.

74780305 Try checking your IPv setting on your router. This should be set to IPv4 and not IPv6. If that's not something you have access to, please contact your ISP. They should be able to look into it. Thanks!

The "chat bot" on the contact us link only pushes me to existing, unhelpful articles - I cannot open a case

I've tried all of the possible "fixes" documented in the articles and reviewed numerous conversations on here for solutions.
Nothing changed at my end before this error occured.

I normally hotspot the console using laptop. On the console the IPv is on 4, not 6. What is ISP?

Can you use a wired connection instead? Playing over a hotspot or wireless will have connection issues.
Your ISP is your Internet Service Provider. If you lease your modem/router from them, you may not have access to the settings of your equipment so they may need to make this change. You can also try doing a web search on the model of your modem/router for those instructions.
