I am writing to report a persistent connection issue I am facing in EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5. Every time I try to access online features, I receive the following error message:

"Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again."

Technical Details:

• Platform: PlayStation 5
• PSN ID: Key_lake4
• Region: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Connection Type: LAN Cable (Wired)

Troubleshooting steps I have already verified/tried:

1. My internet connection is stable, and other online games are working perfectly.
2. My PlayStation Network (PSN) account is active and signed in.
3. I have already tried restarting both my console and the router.
4. I have attempted to change the DNS settings to (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) but the issue persists.
5. I have verified that my PSN account is properly linked to my EA account.

Could you please check if there is a synchronization issue with my account or if there are specific ports I need to open?
