Connectivity issue

Hello,

Sometimes my game is fine and runs smooth, most of the times tho my FPS drop to 5-10, usually when starting the 2nd half but not always, other times my game gradually charges a massive delay, when I pause the game it, its resetting but then 90% of the times after the pause, it just gradually loads the delay again, its completely unplayable.
To mention that my internet speed is 500mb/s, ping is green, I don t say it might be a connectivity issue but can someone help me find out so I can  fix it?
