Connexion loose error every time in Ultimate team

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having an issue for about a week now where I can’t stay connected to EA online servers.

I can launch the game and access Ultimate Team without any problem, but after around 2 minutes, I get an error message and I’m disconnected. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

My internet connection is working fine, and someone else in the same household, on the same platform and same network, can play without any issues. That’s why I think the problem might be linked to my account rather than the connection.

I also wondered if it could be some kind of shadow ban, but I’ve never broken any rules or done anything wrong in any game.

Paying full price for a game and not being able to play it is pretty frustrating, so if anyone has experienced something similar or has an idea of what could be causing this, I’d really appreciate the help.
