CONSUMABLES STORE IN CLUBS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

True. Consumables store is empty. What is going on???

Alright so, I managed to get in touch with EA customer support.

First guy said "The "undefined" banner and "No items available" screen you are seeing is an active server-side technical glitch affecting the Clubs Store globally across multiple platforms. Because it is a server issue on EA's end, your points are safe, but the game is temporarily failing to pull the consumable catalog from our databases. 

While our game team works on restoring the store inventory, we can try to force your local client to re-establish a clean handshake with the live servers. Please follow these steps to see if we can get the store to populate:

Power Cycle the Game: Fully close out of EA SPORTS FC 26, shut down your EA App or console completely, wait about a minute, and relaunch"

This was a straight-up lie.
Then he proceeded to close the chat while I was doing that (even though I told him I was doing it and was clearly typing in the chat to tell him it didn't work).

I got connected to a second guy who said "Please note that EA regularly rotates and stops selling in-game store items, including Pro Clubs consumables and Ultimate Team packs, ahead of the release of a new annual title. With early access to EA FC 27 starting in a week, development efforts have shifted away from the previous game's ecosystem. As a result, the store catalog hasn't been populated, causing the interface to display as "undefined" or "no items available."

so they just decided to stop selling consumables just cuz fc 27 is coming? thats bs

EA_Aljo​ Hello this issue is same for me as well. Only lists as a "undefined" 

Could you look at this matter?
