Controller not working mid game

Having issues mid game where the controller and all other inputs would stop around 20/30 in-game minutes and the player would just sprint off the par, also happening randomly during menus.                          It comes and go's and has been like this since launch  but only recently got worse. Seen some suggestions on here to turn cap fps/refresh rate as I am playing on a 360hz monitor at 1440p and to turn on dynamic resolution at 95 but to no avail it has still been continuing update after update, sick and tired of this pish as the game is unplayable and I cannot afford to leave mid game and let my fellow clubs teammates down.
