Controller unresponsive using bluetooth or wired.

The fun I had with all FIFA and EAFC games is totally ruined by a bug that makes the controller unresponsive. This is a known issue and until now the patch that tackles this major problem has yet to come. For now, I would like a refund as the game doesn't deliver what it promised. Creating a game that many users can't use because the controls doesn't work is just stupid. And extremely unfair to put this on sale. Where's the quality control before releasing it to the public? I can't play this game for many weeks as everytime again I'm just watching my team freeze up and conceding goals. Where can I get a refund EA? Where are my rights as a consumer and where  is your responsibility towards your clients?
