Controller won't work on PC

Imagine taking so much money from PC users, just for the controller to not work, not fixing it and no nothing.
I tried the "quick fixes" online, which does not work any more.
The controller won't work on the online modes, the "VSYNC" fix won't work.
Don't you care about your users?
Really, just updated today and can fix the most banal issue?
